Neal Mullen is a Cyber, Risk and Resilience Professional working in CRH as their Head of IT Security. With over 25 years’ global experience working within the Healthcare, Construction, Technology and Retail sectors. He holds an MSc in Technology & Innovation Management, Certified Cyber Risk Officer, NIST Certified Security Expert and holds the MBCI and DBCI accreditations.
Neal gained the honour of winning the BCI Global Resilience Professional in 2019 and is one of 14 people entered into the BCI Hall of Fame, recognition for his international achievements within the resilience industry.

Neal has gained significant global experience leading operational resilience and cyber programs for Bertelsman, KPMG and Infosys, and delivering these services to Microsoft, Google, Dell and Mastercard.

Prateek brings over 30 years of global experience from Citi, JPMorgan Chase and USAA where he led the strategy, design and implementation of industry leading Resiliency and Risk Management capabilities for resiliency, cyber security, third-party, privacy and data management. He has hands-on experience managing major natural disasters, geo-political, financial, cyber and supply chain incidents globally and is a recipient of “Recovery of the Year” award.
Prateek is passionate about finding solutions to emerging risks such as cyber, cloud, artificial intelligence, robotics, and FinTech, is engaged with Industry Trade Associations and shares insights and best practices at various forums such as Operational Resiliency Conferences, DHS Sponsored Security Conference, Data Protection and Security, and SEEP Networks Financial Inclusion and Microcredit.
